Great video. I am not happy with Riverside.. in descript can you have jpegs or mp4 video files in a media board type place… so they can be pulled up in real time during a podcast solo or with a remote guest. Example- pull up a meme or video and both guests see and can chat over it

Hey thank you for this in depth video, The only thing I’m stuck on is Descript not having 4k, Question is if I’m using a 4k camera is it going to be that noticeable only recording in 1080 once blown up on say a 4k television?

Riverside is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! I've had back to back syncing issues. I'm here because I'm looking to replace. Audio files fail over and over.

Two things I do not like for Blog (and Website really) is no drop down or way to make categories otherwise I do love using Podia since it's so user friendly overall and thats so important since I am not tech savvy.

Understanding CPM rates for podcast sponsorships was a game-changer for me, highlighting the importance of strategic pricing. I particularly liked the emphasis on adding value to sponsors rather than getting lost in detailed calculations. Thank you for emphasizing the need for a robust media kit and providing added value to sponsors for successful partnerships.

I tried to use Descript/Squadcast for remote interviews. I have a big sound drift. Unfortunally it is not linear, so I can´t fix it easy. It is more like pumping over the entire track, desyncing, resyncing, desyncing and so on... it is a total nightmare...

This great video convinced us to try Squadcast, but we ran into a issue that may be particular to our needs. Has anyone had issues using Squadcast to record a video interview with an international guest? We have tried multiple times with 7 minute interviews where the audio of our guest (in Kenya with a reasonably ok internet speed) was not captured. Is Riverside better for video recording with international guests where internet speeds contrast? Or does anyone have other suggestions of how we can fix this issue.

They have a good product indeed, but in term of the security of your course content it seems that they don't care at all. They have a serious bug that lets me access any course on their platform, i reached out to them several times & all i get is: they don't have a bug bounty system & a bunch of threatening messages that if i leaked the bug i will be going to jail. (I have proof of what i wrote & can provide it if needed @pete ) Thank you.
